DUNELLEN – Late inning dramatics played an important part in the Dunellen Dodgers 11-9 victory over the Queen City Baseball League Yankees Friday in Dunellen. The Yankees erased a 5-3 deficit with a six-run rally in the top half of the sixth inning off the bats of Harry Sims III and Justin Rodriguez. Sims and Rodriguez each knocked in two runs during the rally. Yankee relief pitching walked too many batters in the bottom half of the inning as the Dodgers used a few well-placed hits to score six runs of their own and steal the victory.
