The Giants outlasted the Yankees 12-10.The combined hitting prowess of Alex Mullen, Jose Batista, and Armando Crespo coupled with good pitching from Eliezer Perez gave the Giants a 12-4 lead going into the final inning.Refusing to go down without a fight, the Yankees mounted a furious comeback with six runs in the last inning from the bats of Ransly Familia and Zhamir McQueen.With the bases loaded, relief pitcher Alex Mullen recorded the last two outs to put an end to an exciting game.Mullen was 3 for 3, Perez was 2 for 3 and Crespo was 2 for 2 for the Giants while Familia was 2 for 4 and McQueen was 1 for 1 with 2 RBIs for the Yankees.
