PLAINFIELD – The Braves opened the minor league slate with a 13-0 win over the Mets Tuesday.Toran Smith pitched one-hit ball, while Aidan Nolte led the charge at the plate.Nolte twice smacked doubles with the bases loaded to drive in six runs. Smith collected two hits and scored three runs with David Mullen scoring three runs for the Braves as well. Austin Phillips had the lone hit for the Mets.
