PLAINFIELD – The Plainfield Youth Basketball Boosters showed their continued support of athletes continuing their education by awarding three students Clint Stevenson Scholarships.
“With these scholarships, we are trying to help young men who came through the Plainfield Youth Basketball Program and are still pursuing their basketball careers in college,” Lenny Cathcart said.
Cathcart, the 25-year coordinator for the P.Y.B.B. issued the $250 scholarships to:
John Strickland – Union County College Anthony Nelson – Niagara University Khalid Muhammad-Hat – New Jersey City University
